The role involves leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating globally to ensure project success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with control systems or related.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented and Model Oriented Programming.
• Experience with scripting languages for test automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead control system strategies and manage trade studies.
• Establish and execute plans to meet program milestones.
• Promote team development and mentor younger engineers.
