Formación

  • Minimum 2 years training sector experience.
  • Experience in project management and coordination, within the Learning and HR Area.
  • Good standard of education or equivalent experience.

LATAM Learning Consultant & Demand Planner

GP Strategies is seeking for a LATAM Learning Consultant & Demand Planner.

Work scheme :

This professional will perform predictive Planning for BAU Delivery.

Needs detection for local and regional business performance Gaps.

Work in team with Vendor Management and Country Manager to propose business solution according to the Customer Needs.

Be an efficient point of contact for Customer Training delivery strategy and operation.

Main Activities
  • Calendar Management - Delivery Planning vs Trainer's availability
  • Demand Input Tool - Input for starting delivery planning process of training courses.
  • Learning Solutions Delivery - local demand analysis - interaction with Vendor Management and Country Manager
  • Delivery Invoicing and Cost Analysis in collaboration with Country Management
  • Follow up to specific deliveries with vendors.
  • Elaborate specific reports and data analysis.
  • Quality Assurance - Risk Analysis for Delivery planning and execution
  • Teamwork - interact effectively with all areas of the team to ensure the best deliveries and their correct functioning in a timely manner.
  • Responsible of coordination and administration activities - Monitoring and timeline of each initiative, repository in SharePoint with the corresponding documents, minutes of agreements, etc.
  • Anticipate potential challenges - Give visibility of the challenges, times, and status for each initiative.

Preparation and monitoring of checklist to ensure quality and common standard.

Requirements
  • Advanced English.
  • Demand Planning - LRM Data analysis and predicting planning - validation with the Customer - rolling forecast follow up.
  • Resource Allocation for delivery - interacting with Faculty and LAO.
  • Experience in project management and coordination, within the Learning and HR Area and familiarized in Financial and Banking.
  • Good standard of education or equivalent experience.
  • Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years training sector experience.
  • Advanced Excel management - pivot tables, macros, dashboards.
