The ideal candidate will have solid leadership experience, expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, and proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese. This position involves advising the LATAM Leadership Team and supporting strategic initiatives across business units.

Formación

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership roles or process optimization.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic advisor to the LATAM Leadership Team.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean and Kaizen.
• Drive alignment of strategic plans through cascading KPIs.
• Champion a culture of excellence in business operations.
• Support the leadership team in driving key initiatives.
