Formación

Lab Technician – Clinical & Digital Workflow Support

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician to provide real-time clinical and laboratory support for a digital dental platform. This role focuses on scan review, design feedback, workflow troubleshooting, and close coordination with dental labs—supporting clinicians through live channels including chat, phone, and video.

This position requires strong hands‑on bench experience, deep familiarity with 3Shape, and the ability to guide clinicians through SKU‑specific workflows with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real‑time clinical and lab support to dental clinicians.
  • Review intraoral scans for quality, accuracy, and clinical readiness.
  • Deliver design feedback aligned with prescribed treatment plans.
  • Troubleshoot digital dental workflows and case submission issues.
  • Coordinate closely with partner labs to ensure smooth case execution.
  • Support clinicians via live chat, phone, and video consultations.
  • Document cases, recommendations, and outcomes accurately.
  • Identify case risks and elevate complex clinical concerns when needed.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SKU‑specific products and workflows.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as a dental laboratory bench technician.
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience with 3Shape.
  • Strong understanding of digital dental design and lab workflows.
  • Comfortable supporting clinicians in real time across multiple channels.
  • Ability to explain technical and clinical concepts clearly to providers.
  • Experience supporting multiple SKUs or product lines.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with other CAD/CAM platforms or intraoral scanners.
  • Background supporting SaaS or digital dental platforms.
  • Experience in remote or virtual clinical support environments.
