Your role

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Front line Production Support.
• Exposure to Production Support 24/7 Environment.
• Application support Experience of L1 or L2.
• Experience on Incident Management and Escalations.

Your profile

• 2-6 years Application support of L1 or L2 incidents.
• Hands on Unix.
• Hands on Shell Scripting.
• Hands on Python.
• Hands on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands on Dev Ops.

Exposure to Tools

• Any Application Performance Management tools (at least one).
• App Dynamics.
• Splunk (log monitoring, error codes interpretation).
• Thousand Eyes.
• Solar Winds Orion.
• Service Now (Ticketing Tool).
• Control‑M or ESP (Scheduler).
