A leading automotive company in Tepic is seeking a Key User to support and administer their DSN system. This role involves cooperating in identifying improvement suggestions, handling inquiries, and conducting training for associates on the DSN process. Ideal candidates will have a background in industrial engineering or administration, along with strong problem-solving skills. This position offers a full-time contract and focuses on enhancing operational efficiency within the plant.

Objective of job.

Support and administrate of DSN system / proces

Principle activities

• Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestion for improvement; implement the actions determined.
• Support other units in managing large-scale company tasks.
• Support of DSN system within a unit (plant) and act as contact person.
• Receive and handle inquiries (e.g. telephone support, system providing, etc.).
• Forward difficult inquiries / problems to the responsible expert from PL13 in Americas or PL13 in Germany.
• Evaluate data upon request.
• Input and manage master in DSN (Draexlmaier Supply Net) systems.
• Create reports (e.g. evaluations, statistics, etc.) for plant management.
• Create and manage documentation for the supported system according to guidelines.
• Agree on data transfer and program planning with customers, agree on delivery dates.
• Coordinate processing of special order from plant to customers.
• Conduct training for associates in plant for the supported DSN system / process.
• Systematically and continuously considers actions that minimize risk and possible failures.

Achieve customer requirements.

• Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation.
