We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to lead Hasbro Mexico’s Tier 1 Department Stores business, managing some of our most strategic retail partners: Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, Toys R Us, and Grupo Control. Together, these accounts represent 12 % of our business and demand a strong leader who can drive profitable and sustainable growth through strategic partnerships, innovative go-to-market plans, and a relentless focus on execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers at Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, Toys R Us, and Grupo Control.
  • Build and execute joint business plans (JBP) that align Hasbro’s objectives with customer goals to drive mutual growth.
  • Deliver and exceed annual sales budgets, ensuring profitable sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Lead assortment planning, product listings, promotional strategies, and trade negotiations to maximize share of shelf and consumer reach.
  • Monitor key account KPIs including Sell Thru, Fill Rate, Ecomm Share, and profitability, taking proactive actions to close gaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning—to ensure flawless execution.
  • Conduct regular store checks, performance reviews, and business meetings with customers to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting to senior management on business performance, opportunities, and risks.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience managing key accounts in department stores; experience in mass retail and digital commerce is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an agile mindset, curious to challenge the status quo and identify new growth paths.
  • High proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Results-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English required.
