Job Overview

This part-time role focuses on resolving payment and KYC-related issues while ensuring transparent, efficient communication with customers.

It aims to strengthen client loyalty, protect personal information, and reduce financial or operational risks.

The position requires maintaining high compliance standards and safeguarding customer accounts.

Main Responsibilities

• Help customer support by providing product and service information and resolving issues related to payments.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
• Perform verification of client documents.
• Consult CS regarding the payments and withdrawals procedures.

Requirements

• Spanish Language Skills +C1
• Experience with payments system (at least 1 year)
• Knowledge of crypto payments / payment workflows
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task
• Mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Time Zone : GMT +6 LATAM Availability
• Working shift : 2 / 3 pm – 6 / 7 pm
• May work on weekends and public holidays
