Role: Junior Full Stack/AI Engineer
Salary: $3500 - $5000/monthly

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to support AI-enabled platform development initiatives. This role is ideal for a high-potential candidate with strong technical skills, exceptional learning agility, and a passion for building innovative solutions.
The candidate will work directly with the Managing Director on customer implementations, platform development, and AI integration projects. This is not a traditional junior role—we are looking for someone who is hungry to be challenged, works independently, and is eager to grow rapidly into a senior contributor.
Role Overview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance platforms (BDT, Financial Operations, Airiam Operations)
- Work directly with customers on automation solutions, integrations, and configurations
- Design and implement workflow automations (n8n, Make, Automation Anywhere)
- Apply AI capabilities including LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
- Maintain technical documentation, process guides, and knowledge base articles
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
- Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript – backend services, automation scripts, API development
- Additional Languages (Preferred): Java – enterprise integrations, certain customer environments
- Database: SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) – data modeling, queries, migrations, performance
- Frontend: React, HTML/CSS, Tailwind – platform UIs, dashboards, customer-facing applications
- Version Control: Git, GitHub – code management, PRs, branching strategies
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps – automated builds, testing, deployments
- Cloud Platform: Azure (Container Apps, PostgreSQL) – platform hosting, managed services
- Automation Platforms: n8n, Make, Automation Anywhere, or similar – workflow automation, integrations
- APIs: REST, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks – ERP integrations, third-party services
Additional Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Containerization: Docker, container orchestration concepts
- AI/ML Fundamentals: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG architectures
- Message Queues: Redis, BullMQ, or similar job queue systems
- Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, test automation
- ERP Systems: QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting system APIs

Expected Contribution
Initial Focus (First Week):
- Onboarding & learning platforms, codebase, deployments, and documentation
- Contributing bug fixes and small feature enhancements on BDT Platform
- Building customer automation workflows
- Improving documentation
Ongoing Contributions:
- Deliver features for Financial Operations Platform (AR/AP modules)
- Lead customer implementation projects
- Build and maintain integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite, third-party APIs)
- Develop AI-powered features leveraging LLMs
- Contribute to Airiam Operations platform development
