Job Description
As Jr Recruiter, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, execute sourcing activities, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while meeting hiring needs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with hands-on recruitment experience, capable of managing multiple requisitions with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and tools.
- Knowledge of sourcing methods and job boards.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and candidate databases.
- Understanding of candidate screening and assessment techniques.
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience working with hiring managers to gather requirements and post job descriptions.
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates through direct outreach and referrals.
- Previous experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing and screening of candidates for assigned roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and ensure accurate postings.
- Manage candidate communications and scheduling throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS to ensure data integrity.
- Post jobs, review applications, and provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Support interview coordination and candidate feedback collection.
- Apply company recruitment policies and ensure compliance in all processes.
