Responsabilidades

  • Perform emission testing in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct maintenance on test equipment per supplier recommendations.
  • Support ISO 17025 quality system and PROFEPA accreditation.
  • Collaborate with homologation, government affairs, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing plants on powertrain‑related matters.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of Otto cycle engines
Excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
Valid driver’s license
Ability to perform work onsite
Availability for domestic travel

THIS IS NISSAN

We are currently looking for a Jr. Homologation Testing Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. This role will focus on conducting emission certifications for alliance vehicles in Mexico and Latin America, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting ISO 17025 accreditation.

A Day in the Life:
  • Perform emission testing in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct maintenance on test equipment per supplier recommendations
  • Support ISO 17025 quality system and PROFEPA accreditation
  • Collaborate with homologation, government affairs, and cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing plants on powertrain‑related matters
Who We’re Looking for:
Required:
  • Knowledge of Otto cycle engines
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
  • Valid driver’s license
