About The Role

IT Procurement Manager – Location: Hybrid (Mexico City, Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico). Service line: Corporate Segment. As an IT Procurement Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sourcing operations, leveraging cutting-edge technological solutions, and driving process excellence.

This role demands a results-oriented professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills, capable of influencing teams and contributing to significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

What you’ll do
  • Execute contracting activities for complex sourcing initiatives, including RFx development and negotiations.
  • Manage and optimize strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships to maximize value and ensure compliance.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies for procurement processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable sourcing plans aligned with category strategies.
  • Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on contracting performance, procurement activities, and cost savings to senior leadership.
What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3 years specifically in IT categories.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems such as Zycus and Coupa, as well as Excel and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to indirectly motivate teams and manage multiple job disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, combining remote and on-site work.
