The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in user support and hold an A+ certification. Responsibilities include responding to service desk tickets, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining user data confidentiality. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations within the company.

1-3 years of experience in MS Windows desktop operating system deployment.
Basic understanding of Software Distribution and Patch Management tools.
Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow.
