A global thermoplastic resins distributor based in Mexico seeks a professional to optimize inventory strategies and collaborate with demand planning. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has over 2 years of experience in supply chain, strong SAP knowledge, and data analysis skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency and reporting within the organization, promoting an inclusive work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Demand Planning team to optimize stocking locations.
• Support the Supply Planning & Procurement team in establishing and monitoring Inventory Stocking strategies.
• Data Analysis.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Demand Planning team to optimize stocking locations
• Support the Supply Planning & Procurement team in establishing and monitoring Inventory Stocking strategies
• Inventory Policies
• Safety Stock
• Cycle Stock / Replenishment Lot Sizes
• Special Deals, Pre‑buys
• Inventory metrics to support Continuous Improvement
• Reporting – Scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly), Ad hoc
• Inventory targets across product segments and suppliers
• Data Analysis

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Supply Chain preferred)

• 2+ years of relevant business experience
• Strong SAP knowledge (PP and MM expert; SD awareness)
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is desirable
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Access and PowerPoint expertise required
• Advanced analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication, including the ability to present at the leadership level
• Organizational agility – ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Data driven
• Process oriented
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
