Integration Consultants at DCKAP are customer-focused problem-solvers who ensure seamless connectivity across systems using our Integration Platform. They bring strong functional and technical expertise in ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, and Epicor P21) and E-Commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce). With sharp analytical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, they troubleshoot integration issues, analyze data flows, and resolve challenges efficiently — turning complex technical problems into smooth, reliable solutions.
The Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support for DCKAP Integrator customers.
- Debug integration issues and analyze data flows to identify and resolve root causes efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Leverage strong functional and technical expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Epicor Prophet 21.
- Work with leading E-Commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Development, QA, Customer Success) to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document solutions, best practices, and recurring issues to improve support efficiency.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on integration trends and technologies.
The Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Application Support, Integration Support, or Technical Support roles.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epicor Prophet 21.
- Practical experience with E-Commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
Expertise
- Strong understanding of B2B distributor business models, including pricing structures, customer hierarchies, and bulk order workflows.
- Proven experience in implementing B2B E-Commerce solutions featuring tiered pricing, credit limits, custom catalogs, and purchase approval flows.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP–E-Commerce synchronization across products, inventory, orders, invoices, and customer data.
Tools + Skills
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as DCKAP Integrator, Workato, Celigo, Jitterbit, or similar.
- Strong ability to analyze API calls, JSON/XML payloads, and system logs.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, data mapping, and integration workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Partner effectively with internal teams (Development, QA, Customer Success) to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer-reported issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
