El candidato será responsable de la inspección y liberación de productos en diversas áreas de producción. Se requieren conocimientos en interpretación de planos y uso de instrumentos de medición. • Inspeccionar y dimensionar productos en varias áreas de producción.
• Rechazar material no conformante según estándares.
• Preparar reportes diarios de PPMs.

El inspector de calidad será encargado de la inspección de procesos en las áreas de producción como Torretas, máquina láser, máquina dobladora, área de soldadura, área de pintura, área de empaque y ensamble.

What will you do

Inspectar, dimensionar, leer planos, liberar producto y proceso. Prepara kaizen para diferentes áreas. Rechaza material no conformante. Ayuda en las tareas asignadas por el ingeniero de calidad. Prepara reporte PPMs diarios. Toma de decisiones mediante datos. Formato de liberación de primera pieza. Grafica de PPMs. Formato K3E.
