Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale the Inside Sales function within the assigned GEO.
- Own pipeline growth and new, renewal and services‑related revenue contribution, ensuring Inside Sales delivers high‑quality opportunities to Field Sales.
- Standardize and optimize Inside Sales processes, driving consistency in outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline execution.
- Leverage analytics, CRM insights, and automation to improve efficiency, forecast accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
- Build a high‑performance culture, mentoring leaders within Inside Sales to drive engagement and results.
- Enhance collaboration with Field Sales, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams, ensuring seamless lead flow and strategic alignment.
- Act as a key advocate for Inside Sales, representing the function in regional leadership discussions and strategic planning.
- Underpin performance metrics and ensure Inside Sales is a strategic driver of pipeline growth and sales efficiency across a geographic region.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of managing Inside Sales teams successfully.
- Proven success in scaling Inside Sales organizations, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in digital selling, CRM optimization, and data‑driven sales engagement models.
- Strong ability to align Inside Sales efforts with broader business strategy and regional revenue goals.
