Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and scale the Inside Sales function within the assigned GEO.
  • Own pipeline growth and new, renewal and services‑related revenue contribution, ensuring Inside Sales delivers high‑quality opportunities to Field Sales.
  • Standardize and optimize Inside Sales processes, driving consistency in outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline execution.
  • Leverage analytics, CRM insights, and automation to improve efficiency, forecast accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
  • Build a high‑performance culture, mentoring leaders within Inside Sales to drive engagement and results.
  • Enhance collaboration with Field Sales, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams, ensuring seamless lead flow and strategic alignment.
  • Act as a key advocate for Inside Sales, representing the function in regional leadership discussions and strategic planning.
  • Underpin performance metrics and ensure Inside Sales is a strategic driver of pipeline growth and sales efficiency across a geographic region.
