An international high-technology company in Querétaro is seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to enhance operational methods for aircraft maintenance. The role requires a degree in engineering, at least 3 years in aviation engineering, and proficiency in project management. Candidates should be skilled in troubleshooting and have strong communication abilities in English, aiming for continuous improvement in operations.

Formación

• At least 3 years of Aviation Engineering experience in OEM or MRO environment.
• Experience in technical support for aircraft maintenance.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and assist in new operational methods for engine maintenance.
• Manage new industrialization projects with a multidisciplinary team.
• Drive continuous improvement actions for existing methods.

Conocimientos

Product support and troubleshooting procedures

Effective Project Management

Excellent communication skills in English

Knowledge of quality systems (ISO9000, AS9110)

Familiar with Aviation Airworthiness requirements

Educación

Industrialization Engineer H/M

Overview

Responsible for increasing the industrial capability and maturity of the organization, leading and assisting new operational methods required for engine maintenance, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement actions for existing methods. Manage new industrialization projects through a multidisciplinary team, ending with the implementation of a new operational method.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Aeronautical Engineering
• At least 3 years of Aviation Engineering experience, Technical Support Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Operations, in OEM or MRO environment
• Proficient in product support and troubleshooting procedures
• Experience in OEM technical support, or related MRO operations/engineering
• Familiar with technical support environment, processes, and manuals used for aircraft maintenance; working knowledge of Aviation Airworthiness requirements like Part 145 is advantageous
• Effective Project Management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft software applications
• Sound knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9000 and AS9110
• Excellent attitude, good team player, motivated, driven, committed
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills; well versed in written and spoken English
• Able to think ahead, process data, make decisions and solve problems
