Una empresa de comercio exterior en Mexicali busca un profesional experimentado en comercio exterior para generar facturas norte-sureste y coordinar con agentes de aduanas. El candidato debe tener al menos 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar y conocimientos en operaciones aduaneras, así como una licenciatura en Comercio Exterior. Se valorará el conocimiento del sistema Ixport Anexo 24 y el bilingüismo en inglés y español.

Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
• Conocimientos en operaciones aduaneras y comercio exterior.
• Experiencia deseada en sistemas anexos 24 como Ixport.

Responsabilidades

• Generar facturas norte y sur en el sistema Ixport Anexo 24.
• Coordinación con agentes y revisión de pedimentos.
• Monitorear el impacto de los aranceles en materiales exportados.

Descripción y detalle de las actividades

The primary responsibility of this position is to generate the northbound, southbound and virtual invoices in the Ixport Annex 24 system making sure that the information declared on the northbound and southbound invoices matches with the loaded material, coordinate with US / MX brokers, shipping and receiving, closely monitor the duty impact on all southbound material and solicit Rule 8, or T-MEC certificate to avoid paying duties, authorize pedimentos generated by the MX Broker and coordinate payment with accounting.

Their main duty is to ensure that the shipment adheres to customs regulations.

They may also track shipments and work with clients on reducing duties owed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Northbound, Southbound and Virtual operation - Rule 8 monitor and solicitation - Fixed assets pediment control - US / MX Brokers coordination - Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry - Perform audit on all import and export files on regular basis.

• Review and authorize pedimentos - Keep Ixport Annex 24 in sync with DataStage

Experiencia y requisitos

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS : Education / Certifications - DEGREE IN FOREIGN TRADE AND CUSTOMS OR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS Experience - 2 plus years in a similar position - Desired experience in some annex system 24 Ixport, ZOE; Intrade; Millenium - Import / Export knowledgeable - Knowledge in customs operations - Knowledge with virtual operation - Review and close Pedimentos - T-MEC Certificates.
