A leading energy solutions provider in Mexicali seeks a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with proficient understanding of project management methodologies. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring project success within budget and on time.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Lead project teams and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
