A leading global infrastructure solutions provider in Ciudad Juárez is looking for an experienced Human Resources Operations Specialist. This role involves handling HR transactions, supporting various HR functions, and driving projects across HR areas. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, advanced English proficiency, and experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors. Excellent organizational and customer service skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.
As part of the Human Resources Operations Services Team, the Human Resources Operations Specialist will support HR, business and functional leaders and employees across the US, Canada while also supporting global colleagues. The position is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling a variety of HR transactions, providing excellent customer service support and project leadership & support to the organization as needed.
This role will interact with other HR functional areas to support work and integration such as: Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compliance, Employee Relations and other enterprise functions.
The position reports to the Mexico HR Operational Services Lead and is located in Juarez, Mexico.
