The Human Resources Manager reports to the Vice President of Human Resources, Payroll, & Facilities and is responsible for performing various Human Resource tasks in the following functional areas: fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, managing employee relations, and supporting overall HR functions. This position will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico, with a collaborative working relationship with the Director of Call Center Operations.
