A global leader in manufacturing is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for a new facility in Torreón, Mexico. This key role will develop and lead comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in HSE in industrial environments and must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the safety landscape of a brand-new plant and build relationships across various operational functions.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HSE experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

• Conduct thorough incident investigations and develop actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate safety training for all employees.
