About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Mexico City. This on‑site role requires around 4 years of experience in human resources, a strong understanding of labor regulations in Mexico, and a professional level of English. The HRBP will be instrumental in managing HR operations, providing support to employees, and ensuring alignment with company culture and compliance standards. This role also involves overseeing key HR functions, such as onboarding, offboarding, compliance, internal policies, and handling employee incidents, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Support and Engagement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees working with clients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Handle and resolve employee incidents in a timely and professional manner, maintaining clear records and communication.
  • Promote engagement initiatives and maintain open communication to ensure employees feel supported and connected to the company.
Compliance and Internal Policies
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal company policies, including compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s internal regulations, providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Conduct regular audits and updates of HR processes to align with compliance standards.
Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success and aligned with company culture.
  • Manage the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and maintain positive relationships.
Contracts and Documentation
  • Draft, review, and manage employee contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to all documentation.
General HR Administration
  • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Support other HR‑related activities as needed to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in an HRBP capacity supporting diverse teams.
  • Professional level of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing compliance, internal policies, and employee incidents.
  • Healthcare and Insurance skilled.
  • Sick leave FMLA experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Mexico City.
