Design
- Provide significantly input into HR country compensation strategy related to PT, PT and TM.
- Create or modify PT, PY, TM guidelines and policies for country specific needs.
- Set country adaptation and optimization of global / regional policies, processes and guidelines for legal and cultural compliance.
Implement
- Identify latest trends, market prevalence and best practices within his own discipline.
- Lead activities required to implement the best business practices, establish new business processes, improve existing and facilitate the operation of new tools and other business process to support functions.
Enable
- Communicate and train other participants involved in HR processes, such as HR Business Partners (HRL), HR Service, (HRS-MX), Payroll (HRS7), Taxes (TXR), P59 Configuration (BD, HRZ) as needed or required.
- Provide support to different roles acting as an expert in their area of responsibility.
- Deploy information dissemination and transparent communication for global / regional process and local initiatives.
Govern
- Monitor and assess current projects for legal compliance and technical risks.
- Single point of accountability.
- Outlines roles, responsibility and relationships among project stakeholders.
- Issue management and resolution.
- Audit processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Guarantee PT, PY and TM compliance related with internal CD and guidelines, labor law, social security and social welfare (tax incentives).
- Establish policies, guidelines and procedures for PY, PA, TM that create consistency, transparency and strive for cooperation among related areas such as HRS, Treasury, Finances, Controlling.
- Guarantee changes within SAP P59 Modules PY, PA & TM comply with the MX legal framework, and the labor obligations with associates (right payment on time).
- Audit eligibility, limitations and restrictions of compensation plans participants and ensure compliance with plan provisions and government requirements.
- Coordinate annual processes such as HR SAP Projects, Payroll Risk Assessment and Action Plans.
- Authorize policies and process exceptions / deviations when justified.
- Identify MX trend related with PY, PA, TM (external market, business needs, and associate needs).
- Promote, prepare and disseminate communications to the organization on relevant compensation issues.
- Audit legal compliance of PT, PA, TM in regard to policies, processes & local regulations, including International Assignments: immigration, labor, social security, tax, payroll, etc.
