Objective

Ensure the effective design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, supporting fair, competitive, and performance-driven pay practices. Provides analysis, reporting, and compliance oversight to guarantee alignment with corporate policies, market benchmarks, and local regulations. Additionally, manages expatriate administration processes to secure accurate and timely operations while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Day to day (main tasks)
Compensation
  • Manage the annual salary review, merit increase, and bonus cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate timelines.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness of salary structures.
  • Maintain and update salary bands, compensation policies, and internal equity analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on compensation trends, variances, and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls (ICS) and corporate / global compensation guidelines.
Expatriate Administration
  • Coordinate expatriate lifecycle processes : onboarding, assignment management, extensions, and repatriations.
  • Liaise with external vendors to secure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
  • Administer expatriate payroll elements (allowances, deductions, benefits-in-kind) in alignment with tax and social security regulations.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to expatriates on HR-related topics, benefits, and policies.
  • Monitor and track expat costs, budgets, and accruals, providing analysis and forecasts for Finance / Controlling.
General HR Support
  • Act as first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal control standards, and labor law requirements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement of processes.
Profile
  • Education : Bachelor´s degree on Administration, Engineering or similar.
  • Previous experience : 3-5 years in HR functions in automotive industry, in Compensation or Expatriate administration
  • Languages : Advanced English
