A leading electronics company in Mérida is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage recruiting functions, including job descriptions and employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate should have strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish, along with 2-3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role offers a competitive salary of 20,000 to 29,000 MXN per month along with several benefits.

Falco Electronics is looking for an Hr Specialist responsible for recruiting. Manages job descriptions, compensation analysis and organization charts.

Supports HR policies, employee benefit programs, and internal surveys. Ensures consistency in HR practices across all company locations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Job descriptions; manage.

  • Maintain and update organization charts.

Required Experience

Preferably 2-3 years of experience in recruiting.

Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or Humanities.
  • Any HR certification is a plus.

  • Interviewing and evaluation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Levels: D2, E1, OR E2.

20.000 to 29.000 MXN per Month.
