As part of the HR Services team in LATAM, you will be supporting HR in Mexico with topics related to HR administration.

The position is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling a variety of HR transactions and providing excellent customer service support to the organization.

This role will offer cross-training into other areas of the HR Service to support key functions such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and related HR functions.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Payroll: Concentrate payment information, review pre-payroll, prepare and track vacation status and arrange implementation of changes in Workday.
  • Hiring and onboarding: Create contract and offer letters and follow up signing, as well as prepare new hiring package and provide employee orientation creating a warm and welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Prepare reports regarding monthly and annual close, retention bonuses, HC, SOX compliance reports, track vacation balances, info on part time associates, costs related to the employers, associates with special protection (pregnancy, disability, etc.), termination queries, unemployment claims data.
  • HR administration: Manage and maintain employee files (create new files, add new documents relevant to the employment such as signed employment contract / signed offer, promotional docs, retention docs, disciplinary actions, education certificates, diplomas, etc.) and process corrections in Workday (and other systems like local payroll).
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR roles focused on payroll, personnel administration, compensation and benefits.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
  • A knack for negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.
  • English language oral and written skills at an intermediate/advanced level (Conversational level).
  • Knowledge in Workday or other HR systems support experience.
  • Proficient in Excel (mainly pivot tables and data validation tools).
Benefits:
  • Meal vouchers: 10% of the monthly base salary, with the maximum legal limit.
  • Savings Fund: 5% of the monthly base salary, with the maximum legal limit.
  • Life Insurance: According to the current policy of the company.
  • Christmas Bonus: 20 days of salary payable during the month of December (or proportionate to the worked days during the year).
  • Vacation: According to the current policy of the company.
  • Vacation Bonus: 25% annually.
  • Major Medical Expenses Insurance: According to the current policy of the company for the associate, spouse and children.
