Una empresa global de servicios digitales busca un Especialista de Procesos de RH en Cuautitlán Izcalli. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 2 años de experiencia en administración de RH y sólidas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español. Las responsabilidades incluyen procesar transacciones de RH, resolver problemas administrativos y capacitar a los miembros del equipo. Se ofrecen oportunidades de crecimiento en un entorno dinámico.

Formación

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en procesos de administración de RH.
  • Capacidad para manejar problemas administrativos de nivel 2 y 3.
  • Experiencia en asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio.

Responsabilidades

  • Procesar y realizar controles de calidad en las transacciones de RH.
  • Resolver problemas de administración y consultas de alto volumen.
  • Capacitar y desarrollar miembros del equipo.

Conocimientos

Habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español
Conocimiento de políticas de RH y leyes laborales
Orientado a resultados y plazos
Experiencia con plataformas de RH (People Soft, Workday)

Overview

Job Title: HR Process Specialist – Especialista de procesos de RH
Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Edo. Mex.
Department: HR – People Services
Reports To: People Services Lead

Mandatory Qualifications
  • Graduate - BA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration process.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws
  • Results and deadline driven.
  • Proficient in HR platforms (People Soft, Workday etc).
Nice to have
  • Workday Experience.
Key responsibilities
  • Process & do quality checks on HR transactions which may include:
    • New hires
    • Employment data changes
    • Terminations/Retirements
    • Earnings/deduction transactions
  • Resolve and handle tier 2 & 3 transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
  • Identify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate corporate-wide issues; get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times
  • Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols
  • Maintain & report on service level agreements
  • Evaluated the adequacy of current programs and recommended plan design changes and the addition of new plans.
  • Supervised legal, financial and procedural activities.
  • Train and develop team members
  • Provide both positive and negative feedback to team members
  • Respond to escalated issues from associates, HR professionals, and HR managers
