A global leader in HR solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager for Mexico to lead local HR operations and drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of generalist HR experience, fluent communication in English and Spanish, and a strong business orientation. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategy in a dynamic environment and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Formación

  • Over 10 years of international generalist HR background.
  • Industrial sector knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement local policies in accordance with Group policies.
  • Ensure employee life cycle effectiveness, including driving recruitment.
  • Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics.

Educación

As the HR Manager for Mexico, you will act as a strategic business partner to the local management and be accountable for local HR operations, ensuring that all HR initiatives support local business goals and the broader A2MAC1 Group strategy.

You will be responsible for driving the HR agenda and ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global standards.

The ideal candidate has a generalist HR background with hands-on leadership experience.

Scope: ~100 employees in the region, 1 direct report

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives through effective people management and HR practices
  • Design and implement local policies in accordance with Group policies
  • Ensure employee life cycle effectiveness, in line with Group policies, including:
    • Driving recruitment, being responsible for countries’ recruitment plan, working closely with the global talent acquisition function to meet targets
    • Leading onboarding of new hires
    • Implementing global and local performance and talent development initiatives
    • Ensuring compensation fairness in line with Group’s compensation strategy
    • Driving employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and growth in a dynamic business environment
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive functional excellence
  • Oversee compliance with local labor laws, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics
Professional Background
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Over 10 years of international generalist HR background
  • Industrial sector knowledge is a plus
