A leading company in the manufacturing industry located in Santa Catarina N.L. is seeking a motivated HR Generalist. Responsibilities include managing HR processes from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate has 3 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of Mexican labor law. Were looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join a leading company in the manufacturing industry based in Santa Catarina N.L.

In this role youll manage key HR processes from recruitment and payroll to benefits and employee relations while supporting a collaborative and dynamic team.

What youll do
  • Execute end-to-end HR processes including recruitment onboarding payroll benefits and employee terminations.
  • Manage IMSS and labor-related documentation.
  • Support HR policies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
What were looking for
  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR operations including recruitment payroll benefits and IMSS.
  • Solid understanding of employee life cycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) and its practical application.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with payroll systems.
