A major financial institution is seeking a Head of HR Consultants in Xico, Mexico. This role requires strong leadership experience to drive strategic HR projects, support business goals, and lead a team of HR Consultants. The successful candidate will navigate complex challenges, ensure fair treatment of customers, and enhance HR service delivery. As an HR Consultant head you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of projects in support of the business strategy set out in strategic people plans.
You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and specialists to help design pragmatic solutions to solve business problems.
You will help frame complex challenges by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have measurable impact for our business clients.
As an HR Consultant you will support the successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives that deliver the business strategy set out in strategic people plans.
You will lead and coach a team of HRCs in collaborating with the Americas HRC team and with HR Business Partners, specialists and other key stakeholders to help plan pragmatic solutions to solve business problems.
This entails leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver commercial HR solutions that have measurable impact for our business locally, regionally or globally.
