A leading remote staffing company is seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant to support HR functions across multiple locations. The role includes monitoring HR operations, managing employee records, and assisting with recruitment. Human Resources Assistant (Part time)

Location Monday to Friday Direct / Contractor (MXN) : $15,000 MXN net + benefits

The Human Resources Assistant plays a key administrative and support role within the HR function across multiple business locations.

This position supports daily HR operations, employee record management, timecard monitoring, recruitment coordination, and compliance tracking.

You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience.
