Work schedule: Monday–Thursday full time from office, and Friday working from home.
The HR Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting HR data to assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives. They play a crucial role in providing data‑driven insights to the HR Department.
