We are currently hiring!

We are an interpreting agency looking to hire over-the-phone interpreters to work from the comfort of home.

We are currently looking for English-Spanish interpreters, preferably with a vast knowledge of medical terminology and one year of interpreting experience.

Since we do not pay by the minute, we offer a permanent shift which we require interpreters to adhere to once a schedule is agreed upon.

Please note that as an American company, you will be employed through Linguistica as an Independent Contractor.

As an American company, Linguistica's policies and standards are different from companies based in other countries.

Therefore, no taxes will be deducted from your pay.

Linguistica International follows a bi-monthly pay schedule; payment is received every 5th and 20th day of the month.

We pay in U.S. dollars via a direct deposit.

While working at Linguistica International you must agree to not work for any other interpreting company.

Qualifications

MEDICAL INTERPRETING EXPERIENCE

• Native, or near-native, fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, and to act as a cultural broker.
