This leadership role involves maximizing sales and profitability of the product portfolio and executing best-in-class marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in the Pharma industry, strong leadership and strategic skills, and must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Lead the marketing team to guarantee best in class strategies and execution across all therapeutic areas to maximize existing business.

Also, full responsibility on identifying opportunities to accelerate growth as well as launch excellence.

Key Responsibilities for this role include :
  • Full responsibility on sales and profitability of all Viatris portfolio.
  • Design and lead the marketing and business plan for the company.
  • Define transformation priorities (Interactions with Doctors, Patients, e-commerce B2B / B2C, among others).
  • Co-responsible with Sales Head and Commercial Heads on maximizing ROI of all OPEX investments.
  • Ultimate responsible for Digital Transformation.
  • Identify stakeholders needs to mutually align value to define go to market strategy.
  • Ensure sustainable business with a robust innovation and launch plan.
  • Align all cross functional areas to bring project into reality and maximize impact.
  • Shape regulatory environment.
  • Map all regulatory and policy challenges in order to define a strategy to surpass them.
  • Design a communication plan to show the value and create mutual objectives for stakeholders, external and internal.
  • Attract and retain best talent in the industry.
  • Develop team members through coaching and guidance to prepare them for professional growth within the Company.
  • Have a strong voice, leadership, and active role within Mexico Executive LT to influence across all company dimensions.
Basic Qualifications :
  • Over 12 years of experience in marketing, commercial or operations.
  • Experience leading established and / or innovative portfolios inside Pharma Industry.
  • University degree in role related careers.
  • Master's degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong people and business leadership skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking.
  • Must possess negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Cross functional work capacity.
  • High capacity of teamwork.
  • Strong in Finance (P&L and GTN clear understanding).
  • Strong interpersonal relationship capacity.
