  • The Growth Marketing Leader for a Subregion is responsible for driving growth, developing and managing a marketing program delivering demand generation through integrated marketing & communications campaigns_

Main Responsibilities
  • Builds and deliver a robust marketing plan that aligns to subregional and regional growth priorities.
  • Close alignment with LatAm CMO and Global Insight CMOs to ensure regional insights and buyer needs are represented in all content & capabilities
  • Works closely with Regional Campaign Planner to create regionally relevant, holistic, Aon United demand-focused, multi-channel programs by buyer type, persona and company type that move clients through the funnel to become a Marketing Qualified Lead.
  • Sets regional key objectives for demand-focused programs and guides and supports Sub-Regional Growth Marketing Managers (as applicable) to plan and deliver activities that support regional growth priorities
  • Oversees and provide direction for delivery of activity in plans ensuring the delivery of business outcomes against clearly defined success metrics.
  • Reports back to business leaders on results of regional demand-focused programs
  • Builds and manage marketing budget,
  • Lead the marketing team in the subregion, manage performance, development, and engagement of a team of marketing professionals in
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attributes
  • MBA or an advanced degree a plus (e.g., Marketing / Communications, Business)
  • 10+ years of professional B2B and marketing communications experience.
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency
  • Record of driving analytics and campaigns to drive successful outcomes and desired ROI.
  • Understanding of business analytics, measurement, and dashboards.
