Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with strong Growth or Lifecycle exposure.
  • Proven experience running experiments that affected core business metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
  • Deep understanding of growth funnels and experimentation frameworks.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to own Retention Revenue and the Free → Paid conversion funnel end-to-end. You’ll run product-led growth experiments across activation, conversion, retention, and referrals—turning insights into shipped improvements and shipped improvements into measurable growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Retention Revenue
  • The Free → Paid conversion funnel, end-to-end
  • Growth experiments across:
    • Activation & onboarding
    • Conversion & monetization
    • Retention & engagement loops
    • Referrals and lifecycle-driven growth
  • Clear hypotheses, fast execution, and rigorous measurement
  • Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Lifecycle teams to ensure growth improvements are product-led, not campaign-led

How You’ll Drive Impact (Day-to-Day)
You will be directly responsible for:

  • Identifying and prioritizing drop-offs across the Free → Paid journey using behavioral and cohort data
  • Defining product hypotheses and solutions to address those drop-offs, grounded in user insight and business impact
  • Writing clear user stories and requirements, and aligning execution with Design and Engineering teams
  • Measuring impact post-launch, evaluating results against predefined success metrics, and iterating based on learnings

This role is about turning insights into shipped product improvements — and shipped improvements into measurable growth.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with strong Growth or Lifecycle exposure
  • Proven experience running experiments that moved core business metrics
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
  • Deep understanding of growth funnels, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice to Have

  • SQL and/or strong analytics tool proficiency (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA)
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms
  • Experience in EdTech, subscriptions, or marketplaces
  • Experience with freemium or community-driven products
