A leading delivery service company in Mexico is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for the Delivery LATAM team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and 3+ years of experience in Strategy or Operations. You will work cross-functionally to improve operations and drive growth, directly influencing product strategies in the LATAM region. Proficiency in SQL and strong communication skills are essential for this high-visibility role.

About the Role

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Delivery LATAM team and help shape the future of the consumer experience in the region.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, who's excited to work cross-functionally to unlock growth and improve operations.

You'll work with global and regional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and operations, supporting markets in LATAM, while translating complex data into high-impact strategies.

This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on our product roadmap and growth efforts across LATAM!

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a Product Champion across key launches and improvements, serving as a link between regional markets and global product teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to scope, test, and launch new features
  • Analyze performance trends and uncover growth opportunities through SQL and structured problem solving
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Drive operational excellence and consumer satisfaction by improving internal processes and execution
  • Support escalations, product feedback loops, and training needs across supported countries
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytical, or related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategy, Ops, Consulting, or related roles
  • SQL experience is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior audiences
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience supporting product or feature adoption in multi-market environments
  • Background in managing regional or global projects
