An innovative insurtech startup is looking for a Sales Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting through LinkedIn outreach and cold calls. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in similar sales roles, particularly cold calling. A near-native proficiency in English is essential. Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and emotional resilience to navigate various client interactions successfully. This role is open to applicants based in Latin America.

Formación

  • 1-2 years in an SDR or similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Strong phone presence and communicative clarity.

Responsabilidades

  • Send 50–100 templated outbound messages via LinkedIn daily.
  • Call medical practices to book meetings using a proven script.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow defined outreach scripts and reporting protocols.
