Formación

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll join the Paid Media team to create scroll‑stopping, conversion‑focused ads for Meta and other paid channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of Paid Media, and Creative team to turn UGC and brand assets into performance‑driven visuals.

This role sits at the intersection of design and performance marketing — your work won’t just look good, it’ll drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design static ads, banners, and variations optimized for Meta (primary), plus TikTok, CTV, and other channels as needed.
  • Translate UGC and raw assets into high‑performing visuals.
  • Produce multiple creative versions for A/B testing and iteration.
  • Work directly with Anthony (Head of Paid Media) and the CEO to align on briefs and feedback.
  • Execute against performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, hook rate, retention).
  • Deliver polished assets in multiple formats (4x5, 9x16, 1x1).
  • Stay sharp on design trends and competitor creative in the DTC space.
Skills & Requirements
  • English proficiency to collaborate daily with U.S. teams.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency, brand, or freelance).
  • Portfolio showcasing paid ads and digital‑first work (not just art pieces).
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong fundamentals: layout, typography, visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Familiarity with Figma and Notion (tools the team uses).
  • Exposure to performance marketing or direct response creative.Understanding of paid media metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, hook rate, retention).
  • Experience in DTC, e‑commerce, or consumer brands.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or ad platforms.
