A leading international brand in Tijuana is seeking an experienced Global Trade Compliance Manager. This role involves ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and managing international trade activities with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in international trade compliance, alongside strong analytical skills and advanced English proficiency. The position requires working fully aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in managing international trade compliance, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience applying rules of origin and global free trade agreements.
• Certifications such as CCS or CES are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain global trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to global trade compliance.

Conocimientos

Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level)

Strong knowledge of U.S. and global trade regulations

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple projects

Strong communication skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in international business, trade law, supply chain, or related field
