  • Develop negotiation strategies leveraging playbooks, market benchmarks, and category strategies; secure optimal commercial terms, SLAs, IP rights, confidentiality, indemnities, and liability caps.
  • Maintain and evolve clause libraries, templates, fallback positions, and negotiation playbooks to accelerate cycle time and reduce variance.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec to assess/control third-party risk and ensure all agreements align with internal policies, legal requirements, SOX controls, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, export controls, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Manage contract lifecycle including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and software license agreements.
  • Identify automation and process opportunities; champion standardization and training for stakeholders.
Skills You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Legal studies, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, and project management skills.
