Una empresa de alimentos internacional busca un/a Ingeniero Civil en San Luis Potosí. La persona seleccionada será responsable de diseñar y supervisar modificaciones estructurales en edificios existentes, asegurando su integridad y funcionalidad. Se requiere experiencia en gestión de proyectos y dominio de AutoCAD. Esta posición no ofrece apoyo para reubicación y está enfocada en la mejora continua y procesos de reingeniería en el ámbito de la construcción.

Formación

• Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de modificación y reingeniería de edificaciones.
• Conocimiento profundo en trabajo con concreto y técnicas de enmallado de piso.

Responsabilidades

You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world‑class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and roll out best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

Buscamos un Ingeniero Civil con experiencia en la modificación y reingeniería de edificios existentes.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de supervisar y ejecutar proyectos relacionados con cimentaciones, estructuras, paredes y elementos de subsuelo, asegurando la integridad y funcionalidad de las edificaciones.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Diseñar y supervisar modificaciones estructurales en edificios existentes, incluyendo cimientos, paredes y estructuras portantes.
• Identificar y resolver interferencias en el subsuelo durante el proceso de modificación.
• Aplicar principios de reingeniería para optimizar diseños y procesos constructivos.
• Trabajar activamente con concreto, incluyendo la supervisión y conocimiento en enmallado de piso.
• Elaborar y revisar planos técnicos utilizando AutoCAD.
• Garantizar la estabilidad y seguridad del "esqueleto" o estructura principal del edificio.

Requisitos

• Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil.
• Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de modificación y reingeniería de edificaciones.
• Conocimiento profundo en trabajo con concreto y técnicas de enmallado de piso.
• Dominio avanzado de AutoCAD.
• Fuerte comprensión de principios estructurales y de cimentación.
