A leading logistics company in Mexico is seeking a Talent Experience & CSR Manager to design and implement employee wellbeing programs. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of HR experience, especially in managing social corporate initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing engagement projects and compliance with health and wellness standards. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, fluency in English, and a Master’s degree is desirable. This role emphasizes commitment to community and employee experience.

Talent Experience & CSR Manager will provide Design, Lead and implement local and regional Employee Experience & Social, Health & Wellness Programs initiatives across the country, serving as an HRBP for the different functional leaders & HR Team.
Oversee Engagement for the organization both internally and externally, strengthen the Employer Brand of the organization, and acquire regional and local awards.
This position will create social programs for engagement and human welfare.
