Job Summary

Talent Experience & CSR Manager will provide Design, Lead and implement local and regional Employee Experience & Social, Health & Wellness Programs initiatives across the country, serving as an HRBP for the different functional leaders & HR Team.

Oversee Engagement for the organization both internally and externally, strengthen the Employer Brand of the organization, and acquire regional and local awards.

This position will create social programs for engagement and human welfare.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Talent Experience & CSR Manager will provide support for several local and regional Talent Experiences.
  • Will be responsible for social corporate programs, ensuring the implementation of global health and wellness initiatives and programs in Mexico with global standards and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with economic resources for the development of programs at the local level.
  • Establish a network of community relations with associations, organizations or authorities for the development of corporate social responsibility programs that guarantee an impact or solution to a need in some sector of Mexican society.
  • Initiatives, designing, deploying, and providing follow-up to several processes such as :
  • v Employee Opinion Survey administration and roll out for Mexico
  • v External Certifications such as GPTW & Human Rights Campaign
  • vInternal Communications Management
  • v Global, regional, and local events (LSA, Appreciation week, Supervisory day, Family day, patries, tournaments, Mictlán Week, AM CUP, etc)
  • Recognition Programs Management and follow up (EOY, EOQ)
  • Local & Global programs
Profile Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • More than 5 years of leading and coordinating events with employees and suppliers.
  • Minimum 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in Programs & Events.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Pedagogy, others.
  • Master's degree desirable.
  • 3 years or more of experience in leadership positions.
  • Knowledge of employee programs and events, corporate social responsibility management, and knowledge of health and wellness programs.
  • Fluent English is required.
