The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the financial management of Sun Pharma Mexico, ensuring accuracy in accounting, compliance with tax and legal requirements, financial planning, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong technical background combined with strategic business acumen and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and expense control processes.
• Oversee accounting, taxation (direct & indirect), payroll taxes, and legal/secretarial matters.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits, including coordination with Big 4 or Top 5 firms.
• Deliver high-quality financial reports, performance analysis, and decision-support insights.
• Drive process automation and digital transformation using SAP (HANA preferred), Power BI, and data integration or AI tools.
• Partner with local and regional leadership teams to support business strategies.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• MBA preferred, with focus on Planning, Forecasting, Analytics, Strategy, or Leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of: IFRS and local direct/indirect taxation, Payroll taxes, legal, and secretarial compliance, SAP (HANA preferred), MS Office, Power BI, Automation, and AI-driven data analytics.

Professional Experience

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• FP&A (priority area)
• Accounting and Taxation
• Audit (preferably with Big 4 / Top 5 exposure)
• Proven experience in: Budgeting, performance, and financial control Automation and process improvement projects, Team leadership and development
