The Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Section of UNICEF Mexico mobilizes resources from the private sector to support programmes benefiting children and adolescents in the country. Within PFP, the Digital Fundraising area plays an increasingly central role in donor acquisition, digital revenue generation, and emergency fundraising.

Digital channels have expanded significantly, requiring strengthened operational capacity in paid media to support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of performance‑driven campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and emerging digital channels. The Fund Raising Associate (Paid Media) will provide essential operational and technical support to ensure the effective execution of digital advertising activities aligned with UNICEF standards, procedures, and fundraising objectives.

How can you make a difference?

Under the direct supervision of the Digital Fundraising Officer and the technical guidance of the Local Paid Media Specialist, the Fund Raising Associate (Paid Media) (G‑6) will support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of paid media campaigns for donor acquisition, conversion, and retention.

The incumbent will provide operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure efficient daily management of digital campaigns, data quality, coordination with service providers, timely reporting, and adherence to UNICEF processes and guidelines.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
Minimum requirements:
  • Education: Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in marketing, communications, digital advertising, data analysis, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of six years of experience in digital marketing, advertising operations or data/reporting functions in a marketing context; experience assisting with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other paid media platforms. Three (3) years and an additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for candidates holding a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, respectively.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Spanish; Proficient level of English is required, but complete fluency is preferred.
Desirables:
  • Experience with data extraction, spreadsheets and basic performance analysis.
  • Experience working with agencies or service providers.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager or other measurement tools.
