We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Operations Representative to join our fraud operations in Indonesia. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our phone finance product by detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting reviews and investigations of partners, stores, clerks and customers to analyze fraud patterns, and implementing tactics to mitigate fraud risks, thereby protecting our customers and the company's financial assets.
A successful candidate for this role will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically under pressure. They should be proactive, innovative, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for effectively addressing and resolving fraud-related issues.
