Foreign Trade Specialist

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field.

Required Experience

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Legal compliance in Foreign Trade.
• Import and Export Administration.
• International Logistics.
• Consulting / Advisory experience in Foreign Trade.

Position Objective

To efficiently and systematically coordinate import and export operations, ensuring legal compliance in foreign trade, timely customs clearance of goods, and the correct application of programs and certifications, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Coordinate customs clearance through physical and virtual customs entries.

• Maintain constant communication with Customs Brokers to monitor operations until final delivery.
• Manage comprehensive foreign trade compliance, including updates to applicable rules and regulations.
• Oversee land, rail, and maritime logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Customer Service areas for the launch of new projects.
• Provide advisory and consulting services on customs and foreign trade legislation to internal teams and clients.
