What will you do:
- In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials, information, and inventory across the supply chain. You will:
- Monitor and control inbound and outbound logistics flows to ensure on‑time material availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to mitigate delays and resolve flow disruptions.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for flow, transportation, and material issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain real‑time accuracy in logistics systems, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Optimize transportation routes, logistics costs, and warehousing activities to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to support production continuity.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support digitalization or automation initiatives within logistics.

- Experience leading process improvements or supporting continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or material planning (depending on level).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred), Excel, and logistics planning tools.
- Understanding of transportation modes, Incoterms, and material flow processes.
- Experience in manufacturing, production logistics, or high‑volume operations is a strong advantage.
- Certifications like APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus but not required.
